These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and the independent developer of Padelthis (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using Padelthis on iPhone or Apple Watch, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Padelthis records your padel matches: score tracking from the Apple Watch, workout data via Apple Health, and — if you film your matches — per-rally clips, highlight reels, and shareable result cards cut from your own footage on your device. Some features require an Apple Watch, a paired iPhone, or permissions (Health, photo library) that you may grant or refuse.
We keep improving the app; features may be added, changed, or removed over time.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Padelthis on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms. Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to your use of the app; where these Terms are stricter or more specific, these Terms apply in addition to it.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app, or reverse-engineer it, except where the law allows despite this restriction.
Padelthis is not a medical device. Heart rate, calories, and any statistics are informational estimates for recreational sport, not health guidance. Consult a doctor before starting or changing physical activity. You play sports at your own risk.
Scores and statistics are rebuilt from what you tap during or after a match, and clip boundaries are estimated from those taps. We do not guarantee that any score, statistic, or clip is complete or accurate.
The free tier lets you record matches and cut and watch clips, with a limited number of watermarked score-plate exports per match (the current allowance is shown in the app and may change). Padelthis Pro unlocks unlimited exports without a watermark and the highlight reel.
Your videos, and the clips and exports made from them, are yours; we claim no ownership. You are responsible for your footage — including making sure that recording your matches, and the people in them, is lawful where you play and that you have any consent required. Free-tier exports carry a small “made with Padelthis” watermark.
Apple Health, Photos, the App Store, Instagram, and Playtomic are services and trademarks of their respective owners. Padelthis is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Playtomic or any other third party. Features that touch these services (importing a shared Playtomic result, saving workouts to Health, sharing to Instagram) operate only on content and permissions you provide, and your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
The app, its design, the Padelthis name, mark, and app icon are our intellectual property. These Terms give you no right to use them outside the app, except that shared exports naturally carry the built-in branding.
Padelthis is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost — keep backups of footage that matters to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for all claims relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for Padelthis in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.
You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may terminate the license if you materially breach these Terms. Sections 3, 4, 6, and 8–10 survive termination.
We may update these Terms as the app evolves. The current version, with its date, always lives at this page; material changes will be called out in the app’s release notes. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live.
These Terms are between you and us, not with Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app and is not responsible for any product claims, third-party intellectual-property claims, or legal compliance relating to the app. In case of the app’s failure to conform to a warranty, Apple may refund your purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
